Age Safety & Minor Protection
iLoveSport is a social network for sport and motivation. We use age-based safeguards to help provide an appropriate experience for teenagers and adults.
Minimum age
Users must be at least 13 years old to create an iLoveSport account. Registrations below the minimum age are not accepted.
Date of birth and age groups
iLoveSport requests a date of birth to determine the user's age group. Age information is used to apply appropriate access rules to age-sensitive features.
Location safety
Sport Map and Sport Route are restricted to adult users aged 18 or older. These restrictions are enforced by the iLoveSport server and are not based only on what is shown in the user interface.
Age-sensitive social features
iLoveSport applies age-based safeguards to features where interaction between users may require additional protection. Certain functionality can therefore be unavailable depending on the user's age group.
User-generated content and safety
iLoveSport is a user-generated-content platform. Inappropriate content or behaviour can be reviewed and moderated under the platform's safety and community rules.
Location permission
Location access is requested only when a user actively uses a location-related feature. Users can choose whether to grant device location permission.
Parents and guardians
Parents and guardians can also use Apple's parental controls and Screen Time settings to manage access to apps and age-rated content on a child's Apple device.
Safety contact
Questions or concerns regarding safety, minors or account access can be reported through the support options inside iLoveSport or by contacting info@ilovesport.ch .
Privacy
